1. GENERAL INFORMATION

This website (www.petsuppliesplanet.com) is operated by Pet Supplies Planet. By accessing and using our website, you fully accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any of them, please do not use our website.

2. PRODUCTS AND PRICES

All prices are in Euros (€) and include 24% VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. We make every effort to accurately display products, but we do not guarantee that the colors and dimensions on your screen are completely accurate.

3. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

Your order is considered accepted only after confirmation by email. We accept payments via credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. All transactions are securely processed via an encrypted SSL connection.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We ship to Cyprus, Greece and other EU countries. Delivery times depend on the destination country and are listed in the Shipping Policy. Free shipping for orders over €40.

5. RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Law 2251/1994 and European Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receipt of the products, without giving any reason. The products must be returned in their original condition.

6. WARRANTY AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund free of charge.

7. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Pet Supplies Planet is not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, beyond the purchase price.

9. APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms of Use are governed by Cypriot and Greek law. The Courts of Cyprus shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.
